Our managed phone system answers those in a friendly, conversational way, at any hour. We load in whatever you want it to know ahead of time, and it can read everything on your website too. Anything it cannot answer goes to you as a message with the caller's details.
For a quote, it can ask for the date, pickup and drop-off, and number of riders, then send those details straight to whoever quotes. Your dispatcher stops being tied to the phone and can stay with the drivers on the road.
