What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write to us, so we can reply. We also use your IP address briefly to prevent spam submissions -- that's rate limiting, not tracking, and it's not sold or shared.
If you chat with Riley, our website assistant, she may collect your name, phone number, and/or email address if you give them to her -- typically so a real technologist can follow up with you directly. The full conversation is kept on file so we have real context if you ever come back. Your IP address is stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash, never the actual address -- enough to recognize repeat visits or spot abuse, not enough to identify you from it alone.
Browsing the site itself -- reading pages, looking at pricing, clicking around -- doesn't create a record of who you are. We don't run Google Analytics, ad-tracking pixels, or any third-party tracking script on this site. There's no cookie banner because there's nothing here to consent to.
What we don't do
We don't sell, rent, or trade visitor or client information to anyone, for any reason. We don't run ads, so there's no ad network to hand data to in the first place. Anything you send us through this site is used for exactly what it looks like it's for -- answering you, following up on a real interest in working with us -- and nothing else.
If you're already a client
This page covers the public website -- contact forms and chat. If you're an active client, the technology partnership itself involves handling real business systems and data as part of the work, governed by your actual service agreement with us, not this page. Ask your technologist directly if you want specifics on how something in your own environment is handled.
