For companies

You built something from nothing, and it's growing faster than you can manage.

You don't have an IT department — you have whoever in the office happens to know how Windows works, or a ticket number and a support queue that treats you like a stranger every time you call.

At a glance

Since 2000

How long Trube Technologies has been run this way — one accountable person, not a rotating desk.

One person, permanently

The same principal who onboards your account is the one who answers when something breaks.

What you're actually buying

We provide more than technology. We provide Technologists.

Trusted enough to advise, skilled enough to build. Every Trube Technologies partner combines real technical depth with business judgment — measured on outcomes, not tickets closed. Not just technical fixes: real-world results.

Not a ticket relationship

We don't run a queue.

Never press 1 for English. Never press anything. You call, and a person who already knows your account picks up.

Trube Technologies maintains a deliberately small client roster to ensure fast response times, direct access, and long-term trust. We don't route you through tiers of support to reach someone who can actually help — we keep a small number of clients specifically so you always reach someone who already knows your situation, for the outage that can't wait until tomorrow and for the 8pm call about an idea you want to sanity-check before you commit to it.

Staying small isn't about staying a fixed size — it's about never growing past the point where you still get this kind of attention. Everyone involved in your account shares the same notes, so whoever picks up the phone already knows where things stand. You never start over explaining yourself to someone new.

Proof, not adjectives

What actually changes when we take this on.

From 3 weeks → same day

Legacy HydroX's prior IT provider took roughly two to three weeks to respond to anything. After switching to Trube Technologies, access changes and support requests became same-day or faster — including full account access severed within minutes of a termination, every time it's been needed.

80 hours, one build

Most shops would scope Borgia Executive's full field-operations platform — staffing, scheduling, timeclock, expense workflow, reporting — as months of work. It shipped in one continuous 80-hour build, built from nothing rather than bolted onto an off-the-shelf tool.

Structure

One accountable person, with a bench behind him.

The same law-firm model described on the personal side of this site — a named principal handles your account, permanently, backed by insured, vetted partners rather than a rotating support desk.

Named, not rotating

One person owns your account. If they're ever unavailable, coverage bills at that covering partner's own rate — never a surprise, never a stranger.

Insured, not informal

Every partner operates through their own company, carrying real general liability and errors & omissions coverage.

Owned by the firm, not the person

Trube Technologies LLC owns every client relationship. You are never stranded by one person's availability.

"Trube Technologies is as important to my business as my attorney. If something's not working, they fix it — fast, and it's fixed right. I don't worry about IT anymore. I just call them." Shad Martin, Owner, Legacy HydroX

What your Technologist handles

The actual scope, not a vague "IT support."

Monthly retainer packages

Reserved capacity, not billed guesswork.

Monthly retainers prepay a block of hours at $135/hour — a discount on time you were going to use anyway, not a cap on it. Work beyond your reserved hours continues automatically at the standard rate of $150/hour; nothing stops and nothing needs approval. Unused hours do not roll over.

Custom

For anything the tiers below don't fit -- sized to your business in conversation, not off a menu.

Reserved hours are calculated from two things: operating load — keeping what you already have running, scaled to your people, devices, and systems — and reserved capacity for the advisory and forward-looking work that keeps a technology plan from standing still. The tiers below are common sizes of this same product, all at the same $135/hour rate — Custom is that product sized to fit a business that doesn't match one of them, not a smaller or lesser version of it.

Add-on

Fractional CTO Partnership

For clients who need more than support — someone accountable for where the technology is headed, not just whether it's working today.

  • Full systems and vendor discovery at onboarding — a real inventory of what you have, not tribal knowledge scattered across whoever set it up.
  • A documented technology roadmap and decision log, kept current.
  • A written strategic review delivered every period on schedule.
  • Named ownership of total technology spend across every vendor.
  • A standing annual security and risk review.

+$6,500 / month

A single fully-loaded technology leader — salary, payroll taxes, health insurance, PTO, retirement match — runs $230,000–$285,000/year for a company at this stage, before anyone's hired underneath them to keep the lights on.

This add-on gives you that ownership and the hands-on support team in one relationship, for less — no recruiting risk, no benefits administration, no six-month search before it starts.

Who this is

Range across sectors most firms don't touch at once.

Not a logo wall — the pattern underneath it is the point.

Technology partner — managed IT

  • A four-entity group spanning hydro-excavation, underground utility, and environmental services, plus an affiliated oilfield/well-services operation. One owner, four entities, one technology partner. The exact pattern this site is built around: win the individual, the companies follow.
  • An executive protection firm. Trube Technologies acts as their outsourced CTO — designed and built the operations platform their business runs on (event staffing, compliance tracking, billing and reporting), and manages their vendor relationships and day-to-day technology infrastructure.

Websites built and maintained

A different service tier — design and hosting, not managed infrastructure — but real work across real industries: hospitality, skilled trades, local government, and manufacturing, among others. Available on request.

R.A.C.E.S. of Sedgwick County, Kansas is the one worth naming specifically — Trube Technologies built and maintains their site, not an outside vendor to them. R.A.C.E.S. is a division of Sedgwick County Emergency Management, and Brandon personally serves as their volunteer Training Officer — a credential verifiable outside any company he owns.

TrubeAKR — in development

A company knowledge system that actually knows your company.

Tied into your real email, calendar, and files — including the client matter sitting in someone's personal Gmail because it was faster than waiting on IT, which is most companies' actual, unspoken state. An AI that starts already knowing your business, not a blank chat window.

Design settled, cost-scoped. Not yet built, not yet available — no launch date to promise, and none claimed here.

Two decisions that make it trustworthy

  • You own your data; we own the tool. Content stays in your own Microsoft 365 storage, never migrated out. Cancel, and the tool goes dark — your files are untouched, exactly where they always were.
  • Permission-aware, by design. The AI checks what the person asking actually has access to, before it answers — an engineer can't get accounting knowledge out of it just because the documents happen to be indexed somewhere.
