Members trust your name
A message that looks like it came from the group.
Members and guests open messages that look like they came from you. That makes your name worth faking.
If your email is not set up right, a scammer can send a message that looks like it came from your club, asking members to pay dues to a new place. To a member, the fake message may look like it came from your club.
Email protection is part of what we do: we set up your email so it is much harder for scammers to fake messages from your email address, so your own invitations and sign-up emails are far more likely to arrive, and we keep checking.
Sign-ups, dues and records
One member list instead of a pile of free forms.
Give your leaders one current member list instead of several forms and spreadsheets that disagree. Many groups end up with wrong lists, members who left but are still on them, duplicate forms, unpaid dues, and nobody who knows which spreadsheet is current.
We build a member roster on your website, with a private page only your leaders can open. You can add or switch off a member, search the list, and make a mailing list from any part of it, such as everyone who paid this year. If you already use a member management system, we may be able to connect to it instead of replacing it. We back it up away from your home or office and check the backup on a schedule.
Event sign-ups can keep track of how many spots are left. If you want to take dues online, the same system can also keep payment records and receipts together.

- Can someone send an email that looks like it came from your club?
- Do your sign-up and welcome emails pass the checks that keep them out of junk?
- Does your website look up to date, with the right address, phone number and meeting details?
You get a short report in plain words. You can give it to whoever looks after your computers, or to us.
Officers and volunteers come and go

Each officer or volunteer can get an email address and the files their role needs. When officers change, we help close the old access and get the next person what they need. If the email accounts carry a monthly cost, you pay that directly.
