For daycares and child care centers

Parents hand you what matters most. Keep their trust safe.

We act as the IT department for daycares and child care centers. We look after your email, computers, phones, backups and website, so your team can spend the day with the children and not with the computers.

A busy morning at drop-off

What stops a day at the center:

  • A phone line that is down when a parent calls to say a child is sick, or running late.
  • Messages to parents that never arrive, or land in their junk folder.
  • A front-office computer that will not open the sign-in list when the doors open.
  • A website that still shows last year's hours and fees.

When everything stops working and you cannot tell if it is the computer, the software, the internet or the phones, wouldn't it be nice to have just one number to call? (316) 347-7630

Payment emails

A scammer can pretend to be your center.

Parents may pay you by email or by link. That makes your name worth faking.

If your email is not set up right, a scammer can send a message that looks like it came from you. It says, "Tuition is due. We moved to a new payment page." The parent pays the scammer, and then you get the upset phone call.

Email protection is part of what we do for centers: we set up your email so it is much harder for anyone to send messages pretending to be you.

Your files

Your files, backed up.

You need your files to be there on the worst day.

We back them up to your own online storage, such as the storage that comes with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, away from your building. We do not keep your files ourselves; they stay in your account.

What a free look covers

How does your center look from the outside?

All we need is your web address, the part after the @ in your email, like yourcenter.com. No passwords, no logins, nothing to install. We look at your website and email the way a scammer would, from the outside:

  1. Can someone send an email that looks like it came from your center?
  2. What can anyone learn about your center just by looking at your website and email settings?
  3. Does your website look up to date, with the right hours, phone number and address?

You get a short report in plain words. You can give it to whoever looks after your computers, or to us.

When you hire

What a new teacher or director can find on day one.

  • A computer that can be ready to go, with the right programs set up.
  • A center email address that is protected, and access limited to only what the job needs.
  • One number to call, with a team that keeps track of how your center is set up.

We run our own company on the same setup we manage for clients.

See what a scammer sees.

Send us your web address and nothing else. There is no obligation, and the report is yours either way.
