For fitness and class studios

New student? Your reply may be in their spam.

We act as the IT department for martial arts studios, aerial and dance studios, yoga studios, boutique gyms and small group-class studios. We look after your sign-up email, your website and class schedule, your phone, your student records and your backups, so you can keep your eyes on the class.

See what a scammer can learn from your website and email. Send us your web address. No passwords, logins or software needed.

A busy week at the studio

What goes wrong while you are teaching.

  • Someone signs up for a trial class. Your reply lands in their spam, and they may never hear back.
  • A call or text comes in mid-class and no one is free to answer.
  • The student list, waivers and payments are on one laptop, and that laptop dies.
  • The website, the Google listing and Instagram each show a different class time.

When something stops and you cannot tell if it is the Wi-Fi, the sign-up page, the email or the card reader, wouldn't it be nice to have just one number to call? (316) 347-7630

Sign-ups and trial classes

A new student who never hears back may be gone.

People often try two or three studios and sign up where someone answers first. If your welcome email or trial-class reply goes to spam, you may lose them and never know why.

We check the settings that affect whether your email is accepted or sent to spam, and where incoming sign-up requests go and who sees them. Sometimes the fix is as simple as correcting your email settings.

Schedule, prices and waivers

One schedule, the same everywhere.

When your website says 6:00, Google says 6:30 and Instagram shows last month's price, students show up at the wrong time or feel misled. Waivers are the same: an old one floating around is a problem.

We help you keep one correct version of your class times, prices and waiver. We check your website, Google listing and social pages and help correct anything that does not match.

Student records

One lost phone should not lose the studio.

Student and parent contact lists, waivers and payment records often sit on one personal phone or laptop. Those families trusted you with their information.

We back up your records to your own online storage, such as the storage that comes with Microsoft 365 or Google. We do not keep your students' information ourselves; it stays in your account. We check the backup on a regular schedule, so a problem is more likely caught before you need it. If you already use sign-up software, we can look at working with it. We cannot promise that until we see what you use.

Fake emails

Some invoices and warnings are not what they look like.

Studio owners handle payments, so a fake invoice or a note that says your account is locked can look real, especially in the ten minutes between classes.

We set up your email so it is much harder for scammers to fake messages from your email address. We also help you set a simple habit: if a message asks for money or a password, check it another way before you act.

Instructors and phones

When instructors come and go, the keys should too.

  • When an instructor leaves, we help remove their access to the schedule, social pages and email.
  • New instructors get just the access they need.
  • One studio number that rings to the right person, so a call during class is not lost.
  • Texts that go to a shared place, not one person's phone.

Being found

When someone searches "classes near me".

They see your Google listing, your reviews and your website, on a phone, usually in seconds. They want to see class times, a price, and a sign-up button that works.

We help you build a website that works well on a phone and keep it up to date, and we look after your Google listing. We check your name, address, phone number and hours and help correct anything that does not match.

Photos, videos and records

Class photos and videos are worth keeping safe.

Your best photos, class videos and past records live somewhere. We back them up to your own online storage and check the backup on a schedule, so one broken phone does not take the memories with it.

What a free look covers

Would a scammer pick your studio?

All we need is your web address, the part after the @ in your email, like yourstudio.com. No passwords, no logins, nothing to install. We look at your website and email the way a scammer would, from the outside:

  1. Can someone send an email that looks like it came from your studio?
  2. Is your email set up so other mail systems can tell it really came from you?
  3. Does your website show the right phone number, address and hours?

We look from the outside using public information. You get a short report in plain words. You can give it to whoever looks after your computers, or to us.

We run our own company on the same setup we manage for clients.

See what a scammer sees.

Send us your web address. No passwords, logins or commitment. We'll give you a short report in plain English.
