If your email is not set up right, a scammer can send a message that looks like it came from the board, asking residents to send assessments to a new place. To a resident, the fake message may look like it came from the board.
Email protection is part of what we do: we set up your email so it is much harder for scammers to fake messages from your email address, so your own notices are far more likely to arrive, and we keep checking.

Give the board one private place to keep resident information current instead of passing spreadsheets and forms from volunteer to volunteer. When that volunteer steps down, the records go with them.
We build a resident roster on your website, with a private page only the board can open. You can add or switch off a resident, search the list, and make a mailing list from any part of it, such as one street. If you already use a management system, we may be able to connect to it instead of replacing it. We back it up away from any one person's computer and check the backup on a schedule.
If the association wants to take dues or assessments online, the same system can also keep payment records and receipts together.
