For roofing and siding companies
The storm hits. They search. Be the one they find.
We act as the IT department for roofing and siding companies. We look after your Google listing, website, email, phones and file backups, so when the calls pile up after a storm, you are ready.
After the storm
Homeowners search on their phone, and call the first roofer who answers.
- They search Google, and your listing shows the right phone number, hours and the towns you work in.
- They read your reviews, and they see photos of roofs and siding you have finished.
- They ask for a free estimate, and the request really reaches you, not an inbox nobody checks.
- They tap to call you from the page, without hunting for the number.
After a big storm, the phone rings for a few days. The company that answers and shows up on Google gets the job.
Your website
A website that shows your finished roofs.
Your website is where a homeowner decides if you are the one to call. We can build it, or fix the one you have, so it looks current and works on any phone.
It can have a gallery of finished roofs and siding jobs, the towns you serve, a simple estimate form, and a line about your license and insurance if you carry them. It is easy to read on a phone, even in a driveway.
When we host it or manage it, we can also keep it up to date, so new photos and new hours show up when you want them to.
What a free look covers
How does your business look from the outside?
All we need is your web address, the part after the @ in your email, like yourcompany.com. No passwords, no logins, nothing to install. We look at your website and email the way a customer or a scammer would, from the outside:
- Does your website look up to date, with the right phone number, service area and a way to ask for a quote?
- Does it open fast and read well on a phone?
- Do your hours and phone number match on Google Maps and your Facebook page?
- Can someone send an email that looks like it came from your company?
You get a short report in plain words. You can give it to whoever looks after your computers, or to us.
Out on the job site
Your office goes up on the roof with the crew.
- The office number can ring on your cell phone, so a customer calling while you are on a roof still reaches you.
- Phones and tablets can be set up for the crew, with email and the files they need.
- Estimates, roof photos and signed contracts can be backed up to your own online storage, so a lost phone or a dead laptop does not lose a job. We do not keep your files ourselves; they stay in your account.
- One number to call, with a team that keeps track of how your company is set up.
Storm season
What stops a week of storm calls:
- Phones that stop ringing, or ring and nobody can answer, the week after a storm.
- Email that quits in the middle of sending estimates to a homeowner or an insurance adjuster.
- A laptop that will not start with the roof photos on it.
- A website that still shows last year's phone number.
When something breaks and you cannot tell if it is the computer, the email or the phones, wouldn't it be nice to have just one number to call? (316) 347-7630
Deposits and invoices
A scammer can pretend to be you.
You send customers estimates, deposit requests and invoices by email. That makes your company name worth faking.
If your email is not set up right, a scammer can send a message that looks like it came from you. It says, "We changed banks. Please send your roof deposit to this new account." The customer pays the scammer, and has no way to tell it was not you. Now the customer is out the money, and your name is on it.
Email protection is part of what we do for contractors. We set up your email so a message pretending to be you is less likely to get through.
When the crew changes
What a new hire can find on day one.
- A company email address that is protected. When someone leaves, tell us and we turn it off.
- A phone or tablet that is ready to go, with only the access the job needs.
- One number to call when something does not work.
We run our own company on the same setup we manage for clients.
See what your customers see.
Send us your web address and nothing else. There is no obligation, and the report is yours either way.
