For title and escrow companies

A wire only goes once. Make sure the instructions are really yours.

We act as the IT department for title and escrow companies. We look after your email, computers, phones, backups and website, so closing day can be about the closing and not about the computers.

The email that looks like yours

A scammer can send wire instructions in your name.

You send buyers and sellers emails with bank details in them. That makes your company name worth faking.

If your email is not set up right, a scammer can send a message that looks like it came from your office. It says, "Our bank details changed. Please wire to this new account." The buyer sends the money, and the closing day deadline passes while everyone looks for it. Money sent by wire is very hard to get back.

Email protection is part of what we do for title and escrow companies: we set up your email so it is much harder for anyone to send messages pretending to be you.

When closing is at 2 o'clock

What stops a closing day:

  • A computer that will not turn on an hour before the buyer arrives.
  • An email password that stops working while a wire is waiting.
  • A phone line that is down while the lender and both agents call for an update.
  • A shared folder or signing link that nobody can open on the day.
  • A file that is gone, and a backup copy nobody ever tested.
  • A printer, scanner or router that quits, and no idea who to call first.

When everything stops working and you cannot tell if it is the computer, the software, the internet or the router, wouldn't it be nice to have just one number to call? (316) 347-7630

What a free look covers

Would a scammer pick your company?

All we need is your web address, the part after the @ in your email, like yourcompany.com. No passwords, no logins, nothing to install. We look at your website and email the way a scammer would, from the outside:

  1. Can someone send an email that looks like it came from your company?
  2. What can anyone learn about your office just by looking at your website and email settings?
  3. Does your website look up to date, with the right phone number and address?

You get a short report in plain words. You can give it to whoever looks after your computers, or to us.

Backups

Your files, backed up.

We back up your files to your own online storage, such as the storage that comes with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, away from your office, so you can get your files back if anything happens to your computers or your office. We do not keep your files ourselves; they stay in your account.

When we host it or manage it, we can also keep your company's website up to date, so the site people find matches the company they know.

When your office grows

What a new closer or processor can find on day one.

  • A computer that can be ready to go, with the latest updates and the right programs set up.
  • A company email address that is protected, and access that can be limited to only the files the job needs.
  • The office phone can be on their own phone or laptop, ringing wherever they work.
  • One number to call, with a team that keeps track of how your office is set up.

We run our own company on the same setup we manage for clients.

See what a scammer sees.

Send us your web address and nothing else. There is no obligation, and the report is yours either way.
