For veterinary clinics

Pets can't wait, and neither can the phone.

We act as the IT department for veterinary clinics. We look after your phones, email, computers, backups and website, so your team can spend the day with animals and their people instead of with computers.

A busy day at the clinic

What stops a clinic day:

  • The phones go down on a Monday morning with a full waiting room.
  • The computer with the patient records will not open in the middle of an appointment.
  • Reminder messages stop going out, and nobody knows why until the no-shows add up.
  • Your website still shows last year's hours.

When everything stops working and you cannot tell if it is the computer, the software, the internet or the phones, wouldn't it be nice to have just one number to call? (316) 347-7630

What a free look covers

How does your clinic look from the outside?

All we need is your web address, the part after the @ in your email, like yourclinic.com. No passwords, no logins, nothing to install. We look at your website and email the way a scammer would, from the outside:

  1. Can someone send an email that looks like it came from your clinic?
  2. What can anyone learn about your clinic just by looking at your website and email settings?
  3. Does your website look up to date, with the right hours, phone number and address?

You get a short report in plain words. You can give it to whoever looks after your computers, or to us.

Your files

Your files, backed up.

Your files hold your records. We back them up to your own online storage, such as the storage that comes with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, away from your clinic, so you can get your files back if anything happens to your computers or your building. We do not keep your files ourselves; they stay in your account.

When we host it or manage it, we can also keep your clinic's website up to date, so the hours and phone number people find are the right ones.

Your inbox is your front door

A scammer can pretend to be your clinic.

Pet owners trust a message from your clinic. That makes your name worth faking.

If your email is not set up right, a scammer can send a message that looks like it came from you. It says, "Your bill is past due. Pay with this link." The owner pays the scammer, and your clinic gets the angry phone call.

Email protection is part of what we do for clinics: we set up your email so it is much harder for anyone to send messages pretending to be you.

When your team grows

What a new technician or locum vet can find on day one.

  • A computer that can be ready to go, with the right programs set up.
  • A clinic email address that is protected, and access limited to what the job needs.
  • One number to call, with a team that keeps track of how your clinic is set up.

We run our own company on the same setup we manage for clients.

See what a scammer sees.

Send us your web address and nothing else. There is no obligation, and the report is yours either way.
