A small office -- a couple of computers, no dedicated IT person -- gets the same real, accountable relationship our bigger clients get, sized and priced for a business that size. Not just a block of hours: priority access, whenever you actually need it. Small businesses don't run on a 9-to-5 schedule, and neither do we -- you're not competing with a queue of other tickets to get someone who already knows your setup.

Month one

The audit

Before anything else, we build a complete, real picture of everything you're already paying for related to technology -- every account, what version of Office, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365 you're on (if any), whatever currently hosts your website, whatever runs your payment or booking system, and any other software subscriptions still being billed. Most small businesses have never had anyone actually do this. It usually turns up two things: real savings sitting in redundant or overlapping services nobody's looked at, and a genuine, complete record of who has access to what -- maintained for you going forward, which matters most the day an employee leaves and you need their access turned off, not just turned down.

Every month after

Real, hands-on support

Remote access set up to every machine in your office, so most problems get fixed without anyone driving out. Real endpoint management running in the background on every machine -- security updates and patches applied automatically, known vulnerabilities tracked and closed before they become a real problem, not just software version numbers kept current. One less thing anyone in your office has to remember. If something breaks, we remote in, see exactly what you're seeing, and fix it -- the same call whether it's 7am or 9pm.

What's covered day to day

Don't have a platform yet? We can make a recommendation based on your needs, set it up and manage it for you. The platform itself (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, whichever fits) is billed to you directly by the provider without any markup by us.

Additionally, we offer packages to manage your website too -- hosting, domain, security, and ongoing content updates. See Website Management →.

Plus the client self-service portal at no extra charge -- add User, Offboard, Revive, and Reset Password -- self-service, real-time, company directory with click-to-call, email signature generator, resources / knowledgebase, billing and invoice links.

How this bills

Requested work, not a seat filled

Every tier bills the same way: for the work you actually ask for, not for presence. No paid breaks, meetings-about-meetings, or downtime factored into the invoice the way a full-time hire's cost structure works. Past your reserved hours, work continues automatically at $150/hr -- nothing stops, nothing needs approving.

The part that isn't the hour count

What you're actually paying for

A reserve of up to 10 hours to use in a given month. Even if you use fewer, the difference isn't wasted -- you were paying for the guarantee they were there the moment you needed them, not for hours consumed on a meter. Any real technology problem in scope -- including something you didn't think to ask about at signup -- gets a direct answer, not a ticket queue, a web form, or a hand-off to someone else. And what you tell us stays with you: we don't discuss one client's business with another, full stop.
