$5,000/mo
37 included hours/month
$5,000/month keeps a small executive team's systems running and answered -- routine Microsoft 365 administration, device support, user onboarding and offboarding, and a standing line to someone who already knows your setup when something needs fixing. You're billed for the work you actually ask for, not for a seat filled eight hours a day -- no paid breaks, meetings-about-meetings, or downtime baked into the invoice the way a full-time hire's cost structure works.
Included at every company tier
Plus the client self-service portal at no extra charge -- add User, Offboard, Revive, and Reset Password -- self-service, real-time, company directory with click-to-call, email signature generator, resources / knowledgebase, billing and invoice links.
How this bills
Every tier bills the same way: for the work you actually ask for, not for presence. No paid breaks, meetings-about-meetings, or downtime factored into the invoice the way a full-time hire's cost structure works. Past your reserved hours, work continues automatically at $150/hr -- nothing stops, nothing needs approving.
The part that isn't the hour count
Reserve 37 hours and use fewer in a given month, and the difference isn't wasted -- you were paying for the guarantee they were there the moment you needed them, not for hours consumed on a meter. Any real technology problem in scope -- including something you didn't think to ask about at signup -- gets a direct answer, not a ticket queue, a web form, or a hand-off to someone else. And what you tell me stays with you: I don't discuss one client's business with another, full stop.
