Ready on day one

New computers can ship straight from the PC manufacturer to your new hire, already set up for your business. The work accounts, email and files are in place before the box is opened, so the first day is about the job and not about setup.
After that we keep every computer updated and protected, fix problems by remote help, and answer when someone cannot log in.
When someone leaves
The laptop comes back, and the next person gets a ready one.
When a team member moves on, their access is closed the same day. The computer ships back to us, we check it, wipe it securely, and either set it up for the next hire or hold it until you need it.

Managed phone system
One business number that follows your people home.
Customers call one number. It rings the right person on their cell or computer, wherever they are, and anything missed becomes a message in email. Your people keep their personal numbers private.
