What is patch management?

Patch management keeps the operating system and the software on each computer up to date, so known security holes are closed before someone uses them.

How much does endpoint management cost?

It is included in every company IT package we offer. On its own it is $40 per device per month.

Does it cover more than Windows updates?

Yes. It covers Windows and Linux, and the third-party software people use every day, not only the operating system.

How do I know the patches actually happened?

Known vulnerabilities are tracked against what is installed on each machine and fixed by getting the patched version installed, so you are not left with a report nobody acts on.

Do we need to replace our antivirus?

Not necessarily. We monitor and keep current what you already have, or set up something new, whichever fits.
