Services & pricing

What we do, and exactly what it costs.

This page exists so you never have to ask what something costs -- every service, every price, no surprises. If a client asks what we offer, this is the honest answer.

IT management

Monthly retainer packages

A named technologist, permanently accountable for your systems -- not a ticket queue. Every tier includes the same client portal below at no extra charge.

Every tier reserves capacity at $135/hr -- a discount on time you were going to use anyway, not a cap on it. Work beyond your reserved hours continues automatically at the standard $150/hr rate; nothing stops and nothing needs approval.

Custom

For anything the tiers below don't fit -- sized to your business in conversation, not off a menu.

Reserved hours are calculated from two things: operating load -- keeping what you already have running, scaled to your people, devices, and systems -- and reserved capacity for the advisory and forward-looking work that keeps a technology plan from standing still. The four tiers below are common sizes of this same product, all at the same $135/hr rate -- Custom is that product sized to fit a business that doesn't match one of them, not a smaller or lesser version of it.

Professional

$5,000/mo

37 included hours/month

Small executive teams that need dependable monthly IT support.

Business

$10,000/mo

74 included hours/month

Growing companies with regular support needs, users, devices, and Microsoft 365 administration.

Enterprise

$15,000/mo

111 included hours/month

Multiple affiliated companies, shared ownership groups, or organizations with overlapping staff and systems.

Enterprise Plus

$20,000/mo

148 included hours/month

Larger ownership groups, acquisition-heavy companies, and organizations requiring significant reserved support capacity.

Overage beyond a tier's included hours: $150/hr, billed in the same month.

Included at every tier

The client self-service portal

A request submitted through the portal bills at 50% of the equivalent phone/email-request billed time -- a form is genuinely faster for us to act on than the same request gathered by phone, and that real difference is what you're paying less for, not a discount for its own sake.

Add-on

Fractional CTO Partnership

Available alongside Business tier and above. Strategic technology leadership -- roadmap, vendor decisions, budget oversight -- without a full-time executive salary.

$6,500/mo

A comparable full-time hire runs $230,000–$285,000/year in salary, payroll tax, benefits, and retirement match.

Separate offering

TrubeAKR

Your own company knowledge system -- the same tool Trube Technologies runs on itself -- tied into your real email, calendar, and files, with an AI that actually knows your company. Your data stays in your own Microsoft 365 tenant, always; nothing is migrated out, and cancel any time with nothing left behind.

$150–$200/connected mailbox/mo

$500/mo minimum. Billed on your organization's real total mailbox count -- a figure you can verify yourself in your own Exchange admin center, not a number only we can see.

One-time onboarding (initial setup, historical mailbox scan, folder mapping): $1,500–$5,000, depending on scale.

Websites

Web design, development, and hosting

Design and development is always a separate, bid project -- it is never included in an IT management retainer, whether or not you already have one with us. Hosting for a new build starts the year after launch, not the year of the build itself.

Hosting & maintenance

$600–$900/year

For an existing site -- yours or one you bring us. Hosting and minor upkeep only; this tier does not include building or redesigning anything.

Simple static build

$2,500–$5,000

A small, unchanging site -- a handful of pages, no interactivity, no database. Considerably less than a full build.

Full build

$10,000–$20,000

Anything fully functional, interactive, database-driven, or integrated with anything else -- a real web application, not a brochure.
