How we work

How to work with Trube Technologies.

Here is what happens, step by step, from the first conversation to a normal month. This page is an overview, not a service agreement; your signed agreement controls.

1. A first conversation

You tell us what you have and what is bothering you. A person reviews each inquiry and is responsible for the response. We say honestly whether we are a fit; we accept new clients selectively based on service fit and current capacity. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card information, medical records or other highly sensitive information through the contact form; we will provide an appropriate secure channel when needed.

2. A plan and a written agreement

We recommend a plan sized to your team and put the terms in writing before you sign anything. We recommend a plan sized to your team and provide the scope, pricing, and terms in writing before you sign anything. Larger or unusual needs are quoted to the real scope.

3. The first month

We inventory the technology accounts, subscriptions and access made available to us: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, hosting, and other subscriptions. We deploy the endpoint-management and security controls included in your plan (endpoint management). Your account has a named primary contact accountable for it, with authorized backup coverage.

4. A normal month

When something breaks, you contact us directly instead of navigating a call center or anonymous help-desk handoff. We acknowledge the request and prioritize it under the response and support terms in your agreement; a person familiar with your account reviews it and responds during your applicable support hours. A response is not the same as a resolution. Hours included in your plan are prepaid. If additional work is needed, we notify the authorized contact before exceeding the included hours and follow the approval terms in your agreement. See why we work this way.

5. Billing

Monthly plans are paid in advance. Unless your signed quote expressly says otherwise, quoted project work must be paid in full before work begins. Details are on the billing page.

6. Growing, changing or leaving

Add a business phone system, a fractional CTO, a website or social media when it makes sense. Your agreement spells out how to change or end service. When an authorized client contact requests an offboarding, we disable the departing user's managed access according to your approved offboarding process, and equipment transitions covers the laptops.
