For hospice and home care
Families call at all hours. Your phones and records have to be there.
We are the IT department for hospice and home care providers. We look after your email, computers, phones, backups and website, so your team can give their time to patients and families instead of computers.
Calls that cannot go unanswered
A family should always reach a person.
Care does not keep office hours. A call from a worried family has to reach the nurse or coordinator on duty, wherever they are.
We set up business phones that ring where your team is, so a call to the office reaches the right person at night, on a weekend, or in a car between visits.
What interrupts care
Small technical problems with real consequences.
- A laptop or tablet that will not turn on before a visit.
- A password that stops working when a caregiver needs a patient's schedule.
- An on-call line that did not forward.
- Care records kept in one place, with no backup copy that has been tested.
When everything stops working and you cannot tell if it is the computer, the software, the internet or the router, wouldn't it be nice to have just one number to call, so you do not have to figure it out? (316) 347-7630
Confidential records
Families trust you with the most private things.
Your families share forms, insurance details and personal information. They expect it to be handled with care.
We back up your records to a secure online storage service, away from your office, so they stay secure if anything happens to your computers or your office. We also check that the backup really works, so a broken computer never means a lost record. Computers and devices are kept up to date and protected, and access closes the same day someone leaves.
What a free look covers
Do you look like an easy target?
All we need is your web address, the part after the @ in your email, like yourfirm.com. No passwords, no logins, nothing to install. We look at your website and email the way a scammer would, from the outside, to see if your organization looks like an easy target:
- Can someone send an email that looks like it came from your organization?
- What can anyone learn about your organization just by looking at your website and email settings?
- Is your website safe, up to date, and showing the right phone number and address?
You get a short report in plain words. You can give it to whoever looks after your computers, or to us.
Email families rely on
A message that looks like you.
If your email is not set up right, a scammer can send a message that looks like it came from you. It asks a family to pay or send details to a new place. They cannot tell it was not you.
Email protection is part of what we do: we set up your email so no one can send messages pretending to be you, and we keep it that way. We also run your website and keep it up to date, and there is one number to call when something breaks.
We run our own company on the same setup we manage for clients.
See what a scammer sees.
Send us your web address and nothing else. There is no obligation, and the report is yours either way.
