For insurance agencies

You protect your clients from risk. Who protects your agency?

We are the IT department for insurance agencies. We look after your email, computers, phones, backups and website, so your people can spend their day with policyholders instead of computers.

A normal day in an agency

The phone, the quote, the carrier portal, repeat.

An agency day depends on a few things working at once: the phones, the quoting screens, the logins for each insurance company, and email that reaches clients and gets answered.

When one of them stops, nobody can look up a policy, return a call or send an application. Clients do not wait long, and they do not care that it's a computer issue.

What stops the work

The five-minute problems that cost an afternoon.

  • A login to an insurance company's site that locks an agent out in the middle of a quote.
  • An office phone line that goes down while a claim call is coming in.
  • A computer that will not turn on on a day full of appointments.
  • Client files on one computer, with no copy anywhere else.

When everything stops working and you cannot tell if it is the computer, the software, the internet or the router, wouldn't it be nice to have just one number to call, so you do not have to figure it out? (316) 347-7630

A policy notice that did not come from you

Your clients trust your emails.

Your clients send you licenses, addresses, car and property details, and payment information. They also act when you write to them about a policy.

If your email is not set up right, a scammer can send a message that looks like it came from your agency. It says a policy is about to end and sends your client to a payment link. Your client pays the scammer, and has no way to tell it was not you. By the time anyone finds out, the money is gone, and your client calls you. Fixing it can take months, and it hurts your good name.

Email protection is part of what we do for agencies: we set up your email so no one can send messages pretending to be you, and we keep it that way.

What a free look covers

Would a scammer pick your agency?

All we need is your web address, the part after the @ in your email, like yourfirm.com. No passwords, no logins, nothing to install. We look at your website and email the way a scammer would, from the outside, to see if your agency looks like an easy target:

  1. Can someone send an email that looks like it came from your agency?
  2. What can anyone learn about your agency just by looking at your website and email settings?
  3. Is your website safe, up to date, and showing the right phone number and address?

You get a short report in plain words. You can give it to whoever looks after your computers, or to us.

Wherever the work is

A call to the office that finds you.

Business phones that ring wherever you are, so a claim call to the office reaches you even when you are out. We also run your website and keep it up to date, with your address and phone number shown correctly.

And when something breaks, there is one number to call, answered by people who already know how your agency is set up.

We run our own company on the same setup we manage for clients.

See what a scammer sees.

Send us your web address and nothing else. There is no obligation, and the report is yours either way.
