A scammer can pretend to be your office.
Patients trust a message from your office. That makes your name worth faking.
If your email is not set up right, a scammer can send a message that looks like it came from you. It says, "Your bill is due. Pay with this link," or it asks a patient to confirm personal details. The patient answers, and your office takes the blame.
Email protection is part of what we do for offices: we set up your email so it is much harder for anyone to send messages pretending to be you.

All we need is your web address, the part after the @ in your email, like youroffice.com. No passwords, no logins, nothing to install. We look at your website and email the way a scammer would, from the outside:
- Can someone send an email that looks like it came from your office?
- What can anyone learn about your office just by looking at your website and email settings?
- Does your website look up to date, with the right hours, phone number and address?
You get a short report in plain words. You can give it to whoever looks after your computers, or to us.
Your files
Your files, backed up.
Your files hold years of visits, notes and patient details. If a computer fails or the office has a bad day, you need those files back, and fast.
We back up your files to your own online storage, such as the storage that comes with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, away from your office. We do not keep your files ourselves; they stay in your account.
