For property managers

Every unit, one inbox, and a resident who needs an answer tonight.

We are the IT department for property management companies. We look after your email, computers, phones, backups and website, so your team can spend the week on residents and owners instead of computers.

A normal week across the properties

Maintenance requests, leasing inquiries, owner questions.

A property management week runs on a lot of small messages: a leaking tap reported by text, a showing request by email, a rent question by phone, an owner who wants a statement before the end of the month.

They arrive at different offices, on different devices, and each one needs a quick, correct answer. When the technology slips, the first sign is a resident who does not hear back.

What stops the work

The small failures residents notice first.

  • The office phone line that does not reach the on-call person after hours.
  • A website or contact page with an old phone number or the wrong address.
  • A repair request that landed in the spam folder and sat for two days.
  • A leasing-office computer that will not turn on the morning someone moves in.

When everything stops working and you cannot tell if it is the computer, the software, the internet or the router, wouldn't it be nice to have just one number to call, so you do not have to figure it out? (316) 347-7630

Rent and payment instructions by email

Residents and owners trust emails from you.

Residents pay rent the way you tell them to, and owners send you account and bank details. Both trust a message that looks like it came from your office.

If your email is not set up right, a scammer can send a message that looks like it came from you. It tells residents the payment details have changed, or asks an owner to update an account. Nobody can tell it was not you until the money is gone, and then they call your office. Fixing it takes months, and it hurts your reputation.

Email protection is part of what we do for property managers: we set up your email so no one can send messages pretending to be you, and we keep it that way.

What a free look covers

Would a scammer pick your properties?

All we need is your web address, the part after the @ in your email, like yourfirm.com. No passwords, no logins, nothing to install. We look at your website and email the way a scammer would, from the outside, to see if your company looks like an easy target:

  1. Can someone send an email that looks like it came from your company?
  2. What can anyone learn about your company just by looking at your website and email settings?
  3. Is your website safe, up to date, and showing the right phone number and address?

You get a short report in plain words. You can give it to whoever looks after your computers, or to us.

People come and go

What a new leasing agent or technician should have on day one.

  • A phone or computer that is ready, up to date, and set up with the right programs.
  • A company email address that is protected, with access only to what the job needs.
  • The office number on their own phone, so a call to the office reaches them on site.
  • One number to call, answered by people who already know how your company is set up. And when someone leaves, their access closes the same day.

Leases, rent rolls and owner records

The paperwork you cannot lose.

We back up your lease files, rent roll and owner records to a secure online storage service, away from your office, so they stay secure if anything happens to your computers or your office. We also check that the backup really works. If a computer fails, you get your files back. You never find out the backup stopped working right when you need it most.

We also run your website and keep it up to date, with your properties, address and phone number shown correctly.

We run our own company on the same setup we manage for clients.

See what a scammer sees.

Send us your web address and nothing else. There is no obligation, and the report is yours either way.
