For small shops and vendors

Doors open, the card reader works, and the website matches the sign.

We are the IT department for small shops and event vendors. We look after your email, computers, phones, backups and website, so you can spend your day with customers instead of computers.

OPEN

Open for business

The sign, the register and the website all have to agree.

A small shop runs on a few things working together: the register, the phone, the website customers check first, and the email suppliers and customers use.

When your website shows the wrong hours or a dead phone number, customers go somewhere else, often before you know.

What costs a sale

The small failures customers notice.

  • A website with old hours, the wrong address or a broken contact page.
  • The computer that runs the register will not turn on.
  • A shop phone that does not ring where you are on a market day.
  • Inventory and customer files in one place, with no backup copy that has been tested.

When everything stops working and you cannot tell if it is the computer, the software, the internet or the router, wouldn't it be nice to have just one number to call, so you do not have to figure it out? (316) 347-7630

What a free look covers

Do you look like an easy target?

All we need is your web address, the part after the @ in your email, like yourfirm.com. No passwords, no logins, nothing to install. We look at your website and email the way a scammer would, from the outside, to see if your shop looks like an easy target:

  1. Can someone send an email that looks like it came from your shop?
  2. What can anyone learn about your shop just by looking at your website and email settings?
  3. Is your website safe, up to date, and showing the right phone number and address?

You get a short report in plain words. You can give it to whoever looks after your computers, or to us.

Vendor shows and market days

Working from a table instead of a counter.

Event days mean flyers, a card reader and a phone that has to work. We keep your devices up to date and set up so the number customers call reaches you wherever you are selling, and we run your website with your shows and contact details kept current.

Suppliers and customers

An email that looks like it came from you.

If your email is not set up right, a scammer can send a message that looks like it came from you. They write to a supplier or a customer with new payment details. Nobody can tell it was not you until the money is gone.

Email protection is part of what we do for small shops: we set up your email so no one can send messages pretending to be you, and we keep it that way. We also back up your files to a secure online storage service, away from your shop, and check that the backup works. There is one number to call when something breaks.

We run our own company on the same setup we manage for clients.

See what a scammer sees.

Send us your web address and nothing else. There is no obligation, and the report is yours either way.
