Why Trube

A named technologist for your account.

This page explains how our support model works, so you can decide whether it fits you. It describes our own workflow and makes no claims about other providers.

At a glance

Why it matters to you

When the person coordinating your support already knows your environment, the intended benefit is that you re-explain less each time. The named technologist is accountable for coordinating the result; the work itself may be carried out by that person or by other qualified personnel.

What “named technologist” does and does not mean

It means one identified person is responsible for your account and for coordinating escalation, with authorized backup coverage when they are unavailable. It does not mean that person is available at every hour or that every request is resolved by them personally. Your service agreement states hours, coverage and reassignment terms.

Is it a fit?

If you want a named person who knows your environment, this model is designed for that. If you need a different support structure, tell us and we will say honestly whether we fit.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card information, medical records or other highly sensitive information through the contact form. We will provide an appropriate secure channel when needed.
