Yes. The AI receptionist answers when your team cannot, talks with the caller, answers questions about your business, collects their details and hands the conversation to your team when a person is the right answer. We write what it says and test it with you before it goes live. The AI answering service includes an allowance of calls, and use beyond it is billed by Quo according to your plan.
Calls are written down for you: transcripts and notes, so a complicated order or a message is captured without anyone writing it down. Full summaries of every call come with Quo's Business plan; on the Starter plan they cover the calls the AI handles.
